                        Dr Daniel O'Neill

 

Dr Dan O’Neill, BSc MBBS FRACP, is a consultant neurologist who trained at Royal Prince Alfred, St Vincent’s and Westmead Hospitals in Sydney. He is a Staff Specialist Neurologist at Liverpool Hospital and has particular expertise in movement disorders and multiple sclerosis.

Dr O’Neill is a principal investigator in a number of international clinical trials in movement disorders and has participated as an investigator in many of the pivotal multiple sclerosis clinical trials conducted over the past decade. He has published in both fields and has presented nationally and internationally on movement disorders, neuroimmunology and related neurological diseases.

In addition to his diagnostic and research interests, Dr O’Neill has extensive experience in the use of botulinum toxin and other injectable therapies for the treatment of spasticity, dystonia and selected headache disorders.  He provides comprehensive, evidence-based neurological care, combining advanced diagnostic expertise with the latest therapeutic developments.
